This is one of my new faves!About a month ago I was on the hunt for a cereal that was healthy and yummy. So as I stood in the cereal aisle I stumbled upon the Special K cereals. This one looked good so I bought it. It is THE BEST CEREAL I have ever had! It is a winner in our house and I highly recommend it. It is a low calorie cereal, but tastes delish!
*A few comments came in about what kind of protein shake I drink for my dessert. It is called Amplify {I think Bobby gets it at GNC}. It comes in a powder form and I make it with milk, ice, and peanut butter.
