No more Tee Ball....

Today was Ashton's first game in her new league. She moved up from Tee Ball to full-on softball....with umpires, score keeping, 3 strikes and you're out, and really cool softball decals for your helmet.

Coach Bobby {aka Daddy} gave each of the girls a softball for their helmet after the game today for a game well played. From here on out, they can earn these neat little decals for lots of different things.

Many more details to come on the family blog and lots of pictures!

Wow...3 strike you're out! That's harsh... I am such a softy now. I am sure Ashton will do a fab job!

Daddy "coach" will get the girls ready I am sure!

Can't wait to "see" more as the weeks go by!

okay. as we discussed, i cannot believe that your child is old enough to receive grades AND to keep score in softball! what a big fat transition!

love the cute little decals. i think that's a great idea and is good reinforcement for the girlies! can't wait to come to a game this season!

I really thought the girls handled all the changes of the new league so well on Saturday. Could be that they have such an awesome coach! ;)

Gracie put her decal in the exact same spot, Ha!

Pink helmets are the best! One day we will have a little girl and you know Mike will buy her a pink helmet just like this one :)
